Wear-resistant composite pipes are mainly used to resist the damage of mixed airflow to the pipes, prevent the mixed airflow from leaking and polluting the environment due to wear, and greatly extend the service life of the pipes.

The outer shell is steel, and inner lining is alumina ceramics with excellent wear resistance.

It not only have the high temperature wear resistance and corrosion resistance of alumina ceramics, but also have the high strength and high toughness of metal materials. The integrated design is easy to replace and install.

*Wear resistance: the composite pipe with lined ceramic is 10-20 times more wear-resistant than ordinary pipes under the same conditions.

*Corrosion resistance: The ceramics and inorganic adhesives in the inner village can resist acid and alkali corrosion;

*High temperature resistance can operate at 350°C for a long time, which can meet general working conditions;

*Anti-seismic and thermal expansion and contraction: The thermal expansion coefficient of viscose is between that of steel and ceramics, which can well adjust the     extrusion of ceramics caused by the inconsistent thermal expansion of ceramics and steel; at the same time, a variety of flexible fibers are added to the viscose to   maximize the guarantee that the ceramics will not fall off in the long-term operation under vibration and frequent thermal expansion and contraction, and prevent the   airflow from eroding the ceramics along the wind direction;

*Smooth for inner and outer walls, smooth airflow: The smooth surface allows materials to pass freely without hanging and blocking;

*Easy to install: 1/3 lighter than ordinary pipes, easy to carry, saving manpower, easier and faster installation, and can easily erect the pipes higher;
