The advantage of the eccentric block type is that it has no long shaft and is easy to manufacture; there is no bending moment in the middle of the shaft; the invalid eccentric mass is the smallest, and the exciting force is adjustable; the bearing life is long, and the disadvantage is that the structure is more complicated.

(2) Biaxial vibration exciter

A biaxial exciter is basically a combination of two or two sets of uniaxial exciters. The uniaxial exciters classified according to the eccentric mass distribution method can be combined into corresponding biaxial exciters. According to the shape of the exciter, in essence, it is based on the length of the rotating shaft and the convenience of the overall installation and disassembly of the screen box.

(3) Vibration motor

Vibration motor is a general-purpose electromechanical product that combines a motor and an exciter into one, and is used in a variety of vibrating machines including vibrating screens. Compared with other vibration exciters, the biggest advantage of the vibration motor is that it has a simple structure and no longer needs any transmission devices such as tapes and couplings. Restriction, generally only applicable to small vibrating screen.
